5 flour tortillas
4 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 can chopped olives
2 cups sour cream
1 (4 oz) can green chilis
3-4 green onions, chopped (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet, cook chicken and season with a little garlic powder and minced onion, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, mix together soup, olives, sour cream, green chilis, green onions and mozzarella cheese. Add cooked chicken and spread half the mixture between the 5 tortillas. Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish and spread the remaining mixture on top of the tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
