BTS in a pan ~ AKA Chocolate Cream Dessert

Mix and pat into a 9x13 pan:

1 cup flour
1/2 butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix together:

2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 c powder sugar

Mix together:

1 cup powder sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

Combine both mixtures and spread on top of cooled pie crust.

Mix 1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding using 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Before serving, cover with 1 1/2 cups more cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate shavings.
