4 cups milk
1 cup butter
8 Tbls flour
10 oz petite peas, cooked
3 pkgs Corned Beef (the super cheap meat packages sold at the store)
Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour to make a paste. Add milk slowly whisking briskly. Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Add cooked peas and corned beef. Heat through and serve over rice, quinoa or toast.
