Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

4 eggs, whipped
2 c sugar
2 Tbls vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 pint whipping cream
Milk to fill line

Beat eggs and gradually add sugar until nice and smooth. Add vanilla and salt and mix well. Pour into canister. Add whipping cream and top off with milk until 4-5 inches BELOW the top.
